Same here in Oxfordshire.

1000s of new houses no new infrastructure.

We have a small river near us and near waterworks. One day water clear next day water cloudy and covered in slime. The waterworks are just not coping. Still they keep building. Roads gridlocked at peak time and in our village 800 more houses means 1000 more cars. Its just bonkers. Still Boris is making planning easier so that will help - Not.

I just don't get the stupidity of it. To much of a stretch of imagination to make completion of "infrastructure first" a condition of approval.
