Anyone considering a project involving sheet material (plywood,MDF, chipboard etc) should maybe buy it now. Price increases of 75% on the horizon I heard today
Funnily enough I bought half a dozen 8x4s of Birch Ply (9,12 & 18mm) a few weeks back. Our local Builder's Merchant gave me a heads up that shortages were coming. I had to wait a week for one of the 18mm sheets back then. Apparently it's really bad now.
