Chatting to builders raw materials are going up monthly so a quote now might be a bit more.
There is a shortage of cement and plaster board.
Think if I had children at school now I would advise them to learn a trade.
I've been making enquiries about a summer house for our garden and have been quoted October as the earliest delivery date.
