In the context of the current age of 'enlightenment'...... when eg one individual Elon Musk ( and any plan he had) can materially influence cryptocurrencies to such an extent as create massive bull and bear runs on unregulated transactions, demonstrates to me greed is now so endemic in most developed nations maybe we have lost a sense of shared humanity. A simple text he sent (stating a known position well understood before he supported Bitcoin over energy consumed by cryptocurrencies mining) just cost him $22bn and with him he dragged down many others blinded by greed............all rather sad and pathetic and doesn't bold well for the future..
