Was trying to adapt the rigid plastic tube from a Stihl leaf blower (which has roughly the right diameter, and a pre-formed flattened end) - but because the intake box Morgan has used faces sharply away to the offside of the car (
why?) this seems impossible. Think I shall have to invest in a slightly longer piece of trunking from Car Builder Solutions or similar and try and form a flattened end that can squeeze between the top of the rad and the cowl. The gap is very tight! If I try to utilise the existing hose - because it is too short - it ends up with its open end flat against the rear face of the radiator top tank, which is
hot, hot, hot 
and would severely restrict the air flow as well. It's all a challenge!
