The uneven overlap was how MMC left it after new chassis. It was like that before the new chassis when I took them off for baflectomy. Perhaps the RH header is a bit longer, would MMC do that? Its in place now but I might try adjusting if it had to come off again.
Yes, it's worth spending a bit of time on it when you get a chance. I had the same complaint when I fitted my G56 system and actually contacted G56 to let them know. It was only when I recently spent some time adjusting the headers that I got it all to fit perfectly. There is actually a surprising amount of adjustment available once the headers are loosened.
