That's a good point.

Back in the early 2000's I worked for a big financial services company and we were very keen to get our Board fully clued up on the principles of Information Agility.

The history of business is littered with the corpses of companies who thought that they knew how the future was going to be and that they could carry on doing things the way they always had.
