I must say but there was an example of a vehicle in which you can have great fun at reasonable speeds with very good fuel consumption ( it only had a 600cc Susy Q engine ) and bring a smile to everyones day.
I've had a few V8's in the past, and as much as I enjoyed the 'brutish' nature they do make for a lazy drive/driver. Much more fun trying to get the most out of somethng with smaller capacity.
