Of course, in BJ's case he can hardly claim it was a smalll fuel-efficient jet anyway. He used a full-sized Airbus A321. I don't know how many passengers he had with him or the size of the security detail, but you can bet the A321 180-odd seating capacity wasn't fully utilised.

Whichever way you look at it, I hardly think Ewn's tour to the Orkneys would come anywhere near the amount of environmental damage caused by politicians swanning around in jets to climate conferences.
