Carwow lists the Cooper S at £28750, SE at £28,500. I paid £28k for mine with Level 2 trim. Level 1 is a couple of grand cheaper, Level 3 a couple more. There was absolutely no chance of negotiating any discount.

The dealers don't seem very keen to sell Electrics - mainly I suspect because they can't make any money on after-sales stuff - but apparently one in every 8 Minis built is an SE so there's a lot of demand.

With us they were keen to sell us a maintenance package at "only £20/month" that would cover all our servicing needs. I pointed out that the only servicing required was a brake fluid change and cabin filters every 2 years, so that was really quite expensive. We didn't take advantage of their offer.
