Rather than using the expensive Belzona I'm sure two pack Araldite would work ok on a grille.
Once upon a time a friend and I were trying to fit a Fish or Minnow Fish carburettor to a VW Beach Buggy, we either couldn't get or couldn't afford a propriety inlet manifold
so we Araldited the new carb to the original manifold. Worked!
