Craig - one problem to watch out for, that I hit with the X-wedge stealth kit, is to make sure that the mounting arms screwed to the cylinder heads are not causing the filter plate to pull on the throttle body. On my M3W they were, and the bottom bolt that holds the throttle to the intake manifold sheared off.

One of the arms in the kit should have had an offset in it, to account for the offset of the cylinders themselves, but did not. I don't see any offset in your arms, but maybe you already did this with spacers?
