Currently a cool 23° in Aberdeenshire compared to a high of 29° yesterday. It is forecast to get hotter towards 5pm though.
I think the big difference between the UK and other warmer countries is they are used to the heat, they expect it and act accordingly. Here, if the media don't warn the "mad dogs and Englishman" not to go out then they (the media) will be somehow responsible for the mass sunburn, fainting and death!!!
