I emailed with Tillets. Very friendly.
I saw a grubby photo of shiny on their site so sent them some better ones.
They do offer heated pads but it would mean mucking with the interior, non matched leather etc etc. (no jokes about the radio!) as the pads are slightly different.
I have a well padded bottom, no issues with heating.
