I think it was Ford Transit, but any BL one can be made to fit (I have one from an Austin Mini). However, I'm not sure how they'd fit on a '69 which has the indicator on a dash toggle switch I think.

You may have to bite the bullet and fettle the dash to make it fit. Column switches are so much easier - I've added a wiper column switch to mine as well.
