I think the key thing is to buy on condition and not mileage.
These cars wear miles very easily - the engine and drivetrain is incredibly strong.
They are colour sensitive in terms of pricing, but in the end the key is to buy what you want - buying an Aeromax is never a practical process anyway!
As Simon and others mentioned - the rear glass issue is about the only issue that affected some cars early on. Mine is an early car, and has not had bolts fitted, but has spent time in hot and cold conditions and has been fine.
I thoroughly advocate upgrading the stereo as Simon mentioned. The popular head unit to source among owners is the Becker Mexico - if you can find one.
