Jacking at the rear varies a bit on trad three wheelers, but as a rule it's pretty simple.

My guess is you put a jack under the bevel box, or its supports and raise till the wheel drops such that the securing nuts or bolt can be removed. There's no removable side panel on the new three wheeler so the wheel would need to drop lower than on mine.

A low trolley jack should have no problem.
