In plainer English if someone goes to a Club/Centre event who isn’t a member, who might be involved in organising a Club/centre event or is just joining in, they need to be covered by this All Member insurance we hold with MSUK and the requirement is that we have a name for any regular attendee. Any Centre member must be an MSCC member. They don’t have to pay for their own subscription but can be added to the database if they are either a family member linked to the MSCC member or in special cases a carer who attends with the member or drives their vehicle.
