May have been asked before, but has anyone got information on a suspension upgrade for the Plus Four? I note Lebrands do coilover shocks for the Plus Six. I find the suspension of my Plus Four bouncy (as it is light) and it crashes a bit over potholes & bumps. I suppose any upgrade would invalidate the warranty.
A friend has just had a dealer quote of £3600 to supply and fit the new Nitron suspension (don't know if it includes the anti-roll bar) per the factory option for new P4 cars. Sounds expensive but may be worth it.
Personally, I would want to drive mine then a new one back-to-back on the same test route before making that sort of commitment.
It may be worthwhile if intending to stick with the existing car for a good few years, similarly the Crazy Horse stage 3 tune. Probably better value for money that changing the car and suffering further significant asset depreciation.
