Personally I would go down the option of refinishing your existing ones, if you buy some new OE replacements they will fail again eventually as they are not well prepped for the single coat of original finish
As a bonus you could match them to bodycolour or black at no extra cost
Another vote for Jon's suggestion. Having them blasted then powder coated would be a small fraction of the price of a new pair - little more than 15% at my local powder coaters. As well as having a colour choice you would almost certainly end up with a longer lasting finish than OE.
