New tonneau cover fitted and folded nicely following Ken's instructions. There's no interference with the belt, so given that I will only be using the cover on those occasion when I escape on my own I'll hold fire on the three zipper for now.

I did take the opportunity to beef up those little Tenax fixing studs next to the door though. They're easily bent and broken when you forget to release the popper whilst lowering the easy up. Mine had suffered some trauma in the past and with senility setting in its only a matter of time. So a 5 minute pre-emptive job to fit the sturdier 2BA version that might just save me hours digging out a broken thread later.

I too found this way of folding excellent.
Just one point on the tenax: Prior to purchasing our first Morgan some years ago, we first hired one from Berrybrook. The hood was about 6 years old and was badly torn on both sides in that fastener area certainly due to the inexperience of a multitude of hirers. The point I am making is that there has to be a sacrificial point somewhere…broken tenax or possibility of a torn hood if the tenax does not let go ?
