Looks like your trying your best, how about re vaseline the cord bonnet tape and work your way back I have sprayed behind the leather on the dash where it meets the screen with the long spray nozzle so you can get in close behind. The ride is so much better than the Aero but the roads have got worse to be fair. Sometimes you hit a shuddering pot hole and there are creaks for quite a few miles later. It can be annoying but you tend to get used to it. Em
