My understanding is the later models (MY23+?) have improved wipers (and mirrors), which solved this.
I've had no issue with my wipers (MY23 P6), but I did replace the flat glass wing mirrors with ones bought from 'morganhoods'. I had Williams fit them whilst it was in for underbody protection / winter check (really just to ensure all was well in the first month of ownership). Librands mirrors are also good, I believe.
It is possible to buy replacement glass for the original mirrors (
Phoenix glass), but getting the original glass out is a 'mare, and in any event there are reports of corrosion creeping in on the brightwork.
