I see that the BMW Z4 (with the 3.0 B58 Turbo engine) that Morgan is using, is now no more, production has ended.
Interestingly the 'final edition Z4' is a manual.....is a Morgan 400 Supersport with a manual gearbox going to be an option...down the line?
I was on the phone discussing a test drive at Malvern. The 400 uses a more recent version of the B58 which has a basic power output of 374bhp if I remember correctly. It has been tuned to 402 by BMW, and is supplied only to Morgan.
Two cars are currently in build, and customer cars will be available from July.
Also, it is very likely the new gear lever will be added as an option for the Six And Four in the future.
