Hi John, the test piece of Delrin ordered is 150mm long... in theory it can produce 4 to 5 units. I will see how the Delrin mills, it should be a case of 3 holes to drill per clip and a bit of milling, but this piece will be the test run. If all goes well I may modify ever so slightly the design with a small slot to help locate a tie wrap that can be placed over the rod. will see. If it goes ok, I am happy to produce a small batch for other pre MY 23 owners, but it will be a winter job. My mill is not CNC its more "man-draulic"..
