If you read these forums, I whole-heartedly invite you to dinner with my family, if you are planning on traveling my way when you visit the U.S this year. I will even volunteer to be your personal tour guide within my home state of Michigan if you would like.
The interstate system was started here in Michigan so we have the first mile of paved road in the country. We are surrounded by beautiful fresh water lakes. Sleeping Bear Dunes has been voted the most beautiful beach in the America. M-119, the Tunnel of Trees and M-22 are both amazing drives putting you at the tip of the mitten ready to cross the Mackinac Bridge.
This note is a long-shot; chances of this message reaching you, and even slimmer chances of you traveling across a peninsula state, but an American Morgan fan can dream!
