If you look in a Halfords or similar it's a packet for cleaning interior trim - can't remember exactly what it said, but you should find something appropriate quite easily - the grime on the interior of the mohair (mine's a light grey colour) pretty much wiped off immediately.
Thanks. I picked up some simoniz upholstery wipes from halfords. I'll give them a try next time I have the hood up.
