My 2008 and 2010 Roadster were without voltage after 10 days. The 2014 4/4 holds its voltage for months. The official workshop manual for my Fezza gives standard recharging intervals depending on battery drain whilst standing, The middle range is 60mA drain and standing for 15 days and this is with a car that by modern standards is pretty light on electronics but has a decent sized battery.

Unless you have a very expensive intelligent charger (not Ctek) keeping one on a permanent float charge is a very efficient way to destroy a battery hence the interest.

Regarding chargers/conditioners; I’ve always used an Optimate.
I plug it in weekly during the Winter, just to top my Odyssey PC925 battery back to full charge,
I’ve never used a C Tek, so can’t comment on its efficiency.

The lower part of my plus four is the exhaust ,the bottom of the car is flat and the car is higher than the trad.
Since i have the car i try to run one time per week and the battery is nice.But the garage told me it could be discharged in two weeks.The battery is now easy to acces just next the fuse box in the engine bay.
