The max has perfect proportions, and being small makes it a better drive on real English roads. Having driven an LP640 the other week for research purposes I was struck by how much slower it was in the real world, as I was constantly worried about losing mirrors, and bogged down by its weight when cornering. I'm sure time and practice would make it a devastating tool, but its not like the Morgan that you can just hop in and drive like a big caterham...
