I have had two alloy rear sprockets replaced under warranty and now have a (very heavy) steel one. I have replaced them myself. The first one was supplied via the dealer I bought the car through and the second direct form Malvern. Neither worn sprocket was returned, so I have two worn sprockets in my garage, may come in useful one day? Try contacting DSC at Morgan direct. The alloy sprockets are not consumables like tyres, they don't last as long as tyres.
