I don't understand why any owner would accept that a replacement for a faulty part is an 'upgrade'. It is not!

An upgrade is a higher performing replacement for a part that functions - like better headlights, or a sports exhaust. A replacement sprocket to improve on a faulty and poorly designed component is not an upgrade. We all accept that Morgan is a small manufacturer and budgets are tight but there needs to be a sensible scheme for replacing faulty early and almost untested components with better replacements. (I bet some of the replacements work no better or even worse than the originals though!)
