Half hand built, just about. Considering that it can be assembled in about 15 working days, and most components are outsourced, accept body compartment, bonnet seat coverings and carpets, IMO it's getting expensive for a poverty model when you compare what else you can buy for the same. Basically I presume if you add windscreen, hood, side screens and wipers to get a usable car it will be pushing £34-35k with vat. A not very subtle marketing ploy. Will make for a hard sell in my mind.
