I'm not by nature a litigious person.
If I book flights from a low cost carrier that are only costing me €60 a pop, I don't expect the quality of service I'd expect from a flag carrier at full price. A cheap flight delayed for a few hours; I'd just suck it up. I certainly wouldn't waste my time pursuing them for it.
As a general rule, you do get what you pay for.
