- the (sensor) batteries eventually give up the ghost and are (apparantly) non-replaceable.

'let go' of its mounting and was rattling around in the tyre with consequently bizarre readings....
If any one has a spare
'dead' unit they would like to donate,I would like to experiment with fitting a replacement battery.Please PM me if you are able to help....
