It seems bizarre to me that the core infrastructure (power, water, telecommunications etc) of our country has been sold off to foreign companies, and is now effectively outwith our control.
Better get used to it. Once the EU ratifies the TTIP elements of our Health Service will be the next to go.
Not only that it will be much more difficult to reverse the trend as the treaty gives ever more power to corporate business, an EU staple.
Really, and I always thought it was successive Conservative governments that sold electricity, gas, telecommunications, post office, railways, water, coastguards, privatised search and rescue, didn't know the EU had a hand in it????????????
