I would like to add my views to this debate.

Firstly it must be said that MSCC should be praised and respected for addressing change and the need for change. This in itself is in my expereince at least half the battle!

All too easy to tinker at the edges a tad but keep on with the same old way of doing things.

Secondly - again from business experience, change is often a most difficult thing to implement. You really can't please all the people all the time - and many dyed in the wool MSCC members could find change a very tough thing to accept. So those implementing change need brave hearts, strong but empathetic leadership skills, focus and 100% commitment to their task.
So all up not an easy task to embrace.

Thirdly - and of vital importance is Objectivity.
Why is this being done? What will be achieved? And in what timescale?

So my thoughts are quite positive ones. And I await the next stages of the MSCC Evolution.

BTW I do think that £70K is a heap of cash to invest and I am not sure how it is planned to spend /invest this ££. Maybe I have missed something??

Cheers
