I applaud those who give up their time to run the club. It must be a thankless task.
I wouldn't do it and I'm sure the vast majority wouldn't do it either.

The one think I'm certain of is that it's impossible to please all of the people, even for some of the time, never mind all of it.

The spread of ages and interests is huge, the degree of expectation from each individual member is different.
The availability of forums like this allow armchair experts to proffer their opinion on how it 'should be done', and never have to 'do' it.

I think I've come to the opinion that the club isn't my thing. I've been a member for 10 years, I don't go to noggins, I did pop along, briefly, to the Mog 16 because it wasn't far from me. I'll probably continue to be a member but I can't think why!

The club needs to exist, I just hope the right team at the top steer it in the right direction for the future.
Ironically there are probably similar problems to overcome at MMC!!!
