Some of you seem to be missing the point.
The OP did say it was the way he'd been "treated" by someone at the factory, not that he just took a dislike to him.
Given that the OP is a serial Morgan owner, a mature professional engineer and seems a well- balanced chap, I'm going to speculate that it was someone in a senior position at the factory and that it was related to solving issues on the OP's car.
The OP is not the first person to leave the fold after unsatisfactory response from the MMC and perhaps we should assume he's got a point rather than making out he's some kind of prima donna who left because he didn't like the colour of someone's tie.
Rose-tinted spectacles seem to be standard issue for some on here.
