Not answering your rust question but with regards to pictures most people open a photobucket or similar webphoto storage account and upload pictures there.
Using the photobucket img box to the bottom left of each picture when singularly viewed on the web. After you click the box to the left of the word "img" it copies a link to your pc for that picture.
After you do this you go back to the message you are writing on TM and paste that link on to the talkmorgan message. This allows the picture to be displayed on your message without uploading the picture to talkmorgan. I think you can do 5 links on each message.
