I have not seen any reference to conversion back to Euro 3 on any dealer's site except for Williams, which mentioned a 'Euro 3 appearance pack (includes below kits)' on its site at £ 1,674 incl VAT. The options/price list is not currently viewable, but I would guess that the pack may not revert Euro 4s completely: the emission restriction and reprogrammed ECU may be retained (so no problem about VED fraud), but lights, body height, mudguards etc would be turned back to Euro 3 (watch out for sharp-eyed Police, MOT testers or pre-owned buyers).
I asked the dealer who delivered my M3W about this. He said that he had heard nothing from MMC and would not accept a converted Euro 4 for second hand sale.
So this dealer would presumably sell you a new Euro 4 Morgan with the factory option Euro 3 kit and then later refuse to take it in PX?
Rather bizarre.
