The biggest problem facing the force is the middle class speeding and parents parking to drop children off at school.
This being the same Chief constable who complained that the force did not have enough resources to deal with the influx of migrants or the ability to deal with rural crime, hare coursing, or eastern Europeans eating the local swans.
Obviously speeding must be a middle class problem as it would appear that they are the only ones stupid enough to register cars to be caught later.
