Interestingly no one on here has sung the praises of their branch.
I'm suffering a fair degree of cognitive dissonance here. On the one hand I am no fan of the banks, especially in view of the amount they have cost us over the last 10 years or so due to their incompetence, but on the other hand I have to say that Lloyd's in Stroud is a great little branch. I used to go in there every few weeks to draw out significant sums of cash to pay the builders, and it's a very friendly and customer-focused place.
