Great write up on your mods and improvements. I've got a Oct 2013 so have followed the same sort of upgrade path.
The 2 biggest changes were the Centa drive and the Stage 1 exhausts. Each made it smoother and more tractable.
Re the urban cooling, apparently a significant part of the benefit is it channels cooling air to the back of the cylinders when in motion so maybe don't cut down the shroud too much. I agree the plastic looks pants so I simply had the top plate painted black
It'll be interesting to hear how you get on with Suplex. Although they remain on the MMC option list I don't think there's been much (if any) positive feedback on TM - hence the interest in Ohlins.
Also, we will be keen to see how Phil's Centa upgrade works out in the field.
