My four-seater was first registered as a three-seater by the Norwegian authorities. It took just one extra visit to get it corrected, but later it turned out that the rear suspension was in fact too soft to carry four adults with luggage so maybe they were right. Anyway, with additional air springs the car handles four adults without problems.
