Cars built after 1999 should have full EU conformity,as MMC filed that. This should apply to new M3W. The problem with mine was that it was 1993 conformed to EU, but never filed.
I have never discovered how the French Morgan agent registered their new imports that were identical to mine, although of course there would have been tax and VAT paid on a new vehicle.
