If you like
caffè latte and you are in Trieste you must order a "
Capo in b". It is not exactly a
cappuccino in a glass (
bicchiere) nor is it a
caffè latte. In fact, in Trieste, if you order a caffè latte you will get a
cappuccino.

Strangely in the Italian parts of Sydney if you order a
caffè latte you will most likely get a
capo in b. Somehow the custom for this style of caffè arrived in Sydney

The glass used for a
capo in b probably holds less volume than a
cappuccino cup so the result, to me, seems a stronger cup of coffee but perhaps the layered visual effect makes the coffee taste better.
PS. Illy coffee is from Trieste
