Some very custom hardware and way above my level but this is much more interesting - what coffee do you use and why do you like it? Acidity, bright, chocolate flavours, smooth, dark rich?
I'm using a Swedish roasted bean at the moment from Loftbergs - smooth, dark and rich.
I did use an Aeropress for a while, but found whilst it made a decent 'filter' style coffee, I wanted a proper espresso with a decent crema. My machine produces a perfect espresso every time with very little effort.
