It seems strange that if the meat industry was such a big problem that it has only just come to light ?

I was diagnosed with horrendously high cholesterol at the end of last year so have stopped eating dairy and no red meat and have been surprised how easy it has been to adjust, and halve my cholesterol. If this is the price to pay for keeping my V8's, so be it.
