Chocadoodledoo ................2012 model, both brackets noticed cracked two weeks ago at 12,000 mls braces fitted. Strap tension was fine. Vibration is the problem and alloy is prone to cracks, full stop.
Skullmog ..... cracks in both left and right upper brackets.. made new plates and used two part glue that they use to make aluminium chassis! which i ponced off my friendly car body shop.... one strap was loose other tight, they're now both tight
