Welcome to TM. I have made your photos more visible Mr Morgan, I hope that is OK. The RH tank is certainly leaking and has been for some time, as you say. Although it could be from the cracked mounting bracket it looks like it could also be from above and running down the front of the tank, looking at the dirt trace. The fuel filler pipe goes into the RH tank and has been known to crack at it's base where it joins the tank top surface, also the fuel pump module fitting is in that area, with a black plastic cover over it and the fuel contents sender aft of that. The fuel pump module has a rubber ring seal at the top that can get distorted if incorrectly installed. It would be worth checking these out for leaks before replacing or weld repairing the RH tank.
If the tank has cracked through the welds and into it, causing the leak, then removal and an aluminium weld repair will be required. If it is just the brackets that are cracked there is a simple repair that can be done in situ by bonding a strengthening plate over the existing ones, I have details or you can get them here: https://www.mtwc.co.uk/full-list-of-articles/. May 2019, if you are a Morgan Three Wheeler Club member. PM me if you cannot access them and I will send you a copy by email. The LH tank will need the repair anyway. Check the retaining straps are tight, when they are lose the tanks bounce and cause the brackets to crack.
A weld repair to the tank would almost certainly be quicker and cheaper than trying to get a new one from Morgan. Where are you in the world?
